Directions are vague and you must go to their web site to learn how to operate and download pictures. I still had trouble and had to call in reinforcements. I purchased a set of three, black, blue and red. Each one held a different number of pictures. The blue keychain held 150 pictures, while the black only held about 60 pics. I attribute this to downloading scanned pictures and they take up more memory. Very easy to delete unwanted or old pics and replace with new. It is also easy to set up a slideshow with preferred speed or manually view the pics. I plan to buy more because they make great gifts. I wish the actually keychain part was sturdier. It seems pretty flimsy and I don't think it will take much abuse before breaking....
This review is from: Visual Land 1.8-Inch Digital Keychain Photo Viewer (Blue)Here's how it's supposed to work: You plug it into a small adapter that connects it to your USB port, your computer recognizes it as a USB storage device, and it autoruns (or you manually run) software on it to get started.What actually happened: I plugged it into a small adapter and plugged it into the USB port. The item turned on (getting USB power), but neither computer I tried it with even got to the next step of recognizing a USB storage device. Both computers recognize other devices plugged in.When I shipped it back for a replacement, the replacement failed in the exact same manner, so I returned the replacement to get mostly refunded. I lost $2 and I'm sure Amazon lost money on shipping. Don't waste everybody's time and money ordering this product....

The screen display on the Viewer says - USB Connect, but it does not. I've emailed the company but no response....
