I decided on the SONY because of its looks, high resolution and other features such as HDMI output and AutoCorrection of pictures.On opening the box, the frame is VERY attractive and high-quality and will look great in any decor. I removed the 4GB SDHC card from my camera, pushed it into the correct slot and attached the powercord. Once I hit the on button, I immediately saw my pictures...it couldn't have taken even five minutes.The picture is stunning and the frame is great looking and has many features...I don't know how this compares to others but it has everything I could conceivably need. If you don't expect to use HDMI and don't want the AutoCorrection capability, you can save money by buying the DPF-D70 which looks identical.For overall quality, this is definitely 5 stars. I wish the price was about 20% less but you can't have everything, hence the rating of 4 stars....
This review is from: Sony DPFV700 7-Inch LCD Digital Photo Frame (Black)This digital frame was a Christmas gift for my wife, she likes it a lot, it is easy to use and has a great picture....the only thing i didn't like is that it is advertised to download pics from your phone via bluetooth, i learned it can't do that without buying an addition part...but for a simple digital frame that has a good picture and holds a lot of pics...its a good frame......

I normally like to read the directions for new electronics but I was able to simply hook the frame up to my Macbook, create a new folder and copy the "2008" pictures that made the cut. My lack of awareness of feature concerns beyond picture quality let me buy this frame without reservation.This frame is in my wife's office on her desk and fits in well with the decor....
