But the battery on my remote died almost immediately after I opened it, leaving me with a useless product until I go get another battery. Although there are buttons on the side of the frame to allow you to turn it on and off, you can not go through the menus without the remote. Dumb!...

Easy enough to figure out and use on my end. Simply take the flash card and plug it into the Sungale digital frame. Poof! - like magic, your images instantly appear on the display. No programming, no fussing, truly plug and play....
