In fact, I had purchased 10 of these items to distribute among everyone. I kept one for myself and found that I had trouble downloading pics to it and also had trouble with the battery not charging. When I was able to get the pics to download, I found that the screen was so little, you couldn't even tell what the picture was. The screen really needs to be bigger. This product is not worth the money. I am extremely disappointed....
