This review is from: Vivitar Digital Photo FrameVivitar makes is "EASY"? They make it a nightmare! Based on just this product and their support I will never buy ANY Vititar product. They wrote to me: "the image format for digital photo frame is BMP and JPG. Please select the format of the picture to BMP or JPG in order to save more pictures in the photo frame. Please also install the software so in order to be able to format the picture to BMP or JPG while downloading."NO. There is NO way to do that and their phone support insists it can not be done. ALL jpg photos are changed to BMP when transferred. This takes up more space and allows fewer photos. There is NO way to save them as JPG on this device and their telephone support insists that this device will always covert all JPG to BMP and here is no other choice. This was three phone calls and an hour on the phone! ABSOLUTELY MADDENING. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!...
