The video resolution they say they support, they don't, has to be smaller. Picture quality with any type of light on it, is not good. Doesn't run more than 3 days straight without stopping and requiring a reset. Tech support had no clue on the videos and had me "try" several things. Their answer to use this converter, they didn't know why it worked but it was because it converted to a lo-res video below their specifications.All and all, nothing but a pain in the butt and now I'm going to have to try to self repair it....
This review is from: \"PixiModo DPF2000B 20\"\" Digital Picture Frame\"I bought this frame as an upgrade to my 15" photo frame. Picture is great, good price, all in all a good digital picture frame. I haven't had any problems with it, and uploading the photos onto the frame was really easy....
