First, the reviews so far were all very good, but I did find this here cheaper than on EBAY, so I made my purchase here.The frame is very good looking, clean, simple, and would find a place easily on any mantle. It is smaller than I though, though I saw the 3.5" and though it meant 3.5" photo...the whole frame is 3.5", so the photos are obviously smaller. However this is not an issue, as the images are bright and detailed, very clear.I had concerns about loading images onto the frame, so I emailed Luxentia...I got a response within 3 hours. They did inform me about one oversight in the manual, which involves having to set the unit into "Connect to PC" mode:"In order to connect to the computer, you have to set the mode on the 3.5" product to "connect to PC..". To do that, after you have connected your unit to the computer via USB, turn the unit on. Once you have turned it on, press the power button until the "select card" menu is shown. Then press and hold the menu button ( the button that is to the right of the power button). A menu should come up. Once it does, use the arrow buttons to select the option "Connect to PC.". Once you have selected this mode, the unit will now connect to the computer to upload pictures."...In case anyone was having trouble getting this device to be recognized, the above info is accurate. I was impressed with the swift response, and following their instructions, I easily connected to the unit.The other thing is that there is no software needed, and this device will work with Mac and PC. Once I set it up to connect, it showed up on my Mac's desktop as a Flashdrive, and I easily dragged and dropped pictures to it. I do recommend though to resize pictures to the 320 pixel resolution recommended for this, so you can get the most pics onto the unit. Otherwise, if you are dragging full resolution pictures to this, you will not get the full 100 pictures it says it can hold. Resizing pics, obviously they looked grainy on my computer, but they looked fine on the unit. The only reason not to do this, is if you were intending for the photos to be downloaded from this frame for use on someone's computer.The internal memory...for a frame this size at this price, I was pleased this had the 128 Megs of memory available. SD Slot: I gave this as a gift to my mother for her birthday, preloaded with pictures. For future gifts I can give her preloaded SD cards, which she can stick in the slot, select and view the contents. Other benefit, this is an SD card reader for your computer, so that is a nice bonus.Unit comes with a USB cable for connection and charging. Recommended to charge for 2 hours prior to using. Also comes with small black carry bag for protection. Stand on rear is functional, but a little flimsy, so be cautious when unsnapping it from the rear. It works, but a small child could potentially break it off.All in all, very happy with this product, and I could see myself purchasing more in the future. The seller I bought this from as well shipped this in lightning fast time, only a few days from purchase to received....

And when she travels, she loves that she can set it up on her bedside table....A great digital photo frame!...
