Only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't rotate the pictures on its own. I think that some do this but not this one. The picture is good not excellent but for a 10 inch for the price, can't beat it. I haven't messed around with it much but seems to be easy to navigate the menu. I also plugged it into my computer with the usb cable and clicked and dragged some pics from my computer into the frame and worked great. So far no complaints except for the rotating of the pics. I do like that you can have the frame width or length wise to view pictures. I would recommend this product to a friend....

I called Memorex and they agreed that this was a factory defect but refused to replace the product because the purchase was over 90 days. So, I was stuck with a factory defective product that never worked. Memorex claimed that it was an issue with the back light. Do not buy this product as it has also been discontinued for obvious reasons....
