This review is from: Lorex LNZ4001i Wireless Pan Tilt Easy Connect Network Camera (White)Now that I finally got the set up done I really like the camera and I think it will be very helpful in keeping an eye on my puppy litters and expectant moms. I can check on mom and the babies remotely from anywhere and watch moms for signs of labor. I especially like being able to remotely pan around the room to the other whelping box and the puppy play area. The picture quality is pretty good and again, the ability to pan around the room is very helpful for my application. I do, however have mixed reviews for the Lorex tech help. I am no techno wiz, so I called the Lorex support line for help in set up. After about a 20 minute wait to be connected to a tech, I found my first tech to be pretty inferior in know how and willingness to help. I was quite frustrated at having spent over an hour on the phone and still not having a functional camera! However, I got a ticket number and called back and got a different tech who zipped through everything in just a couple of minutes and was very, very helpful. All in all....I think it is a good product, but if you need tech support, don't waste your time on a poor tech....call back!...

This review is from: Lorex LNZ4001i Wireless Pan Tilt Easy Connect Network Camera (White)If you have cable internet such as Comcast, you only have maybe 2 ports open for port forwarding.Port 80, and maybe 85. This Lorex needs 4 ports if you want the Iphone to work using the Lors2 app for Iphone from Itunes apps. Also you will not be able to use port 80 with Comcast home internet...
