This review is from: Sungale CA705 7-Inch Digital Photo Frame (Black)I received this product as a gift. It immediately started flipping pictures. Called support and had to leave a message(!) No returned calls. Kept calling. Rep was condescending in the available online walkthrough, which didn't work and fryed the unit. Called back. Same routine. Kept calling. Finally got a hold of the same (only?) rep. I had to pay to ship unit back. They sent a replacement. SAME problem. Called again. SAME no-answer, etc. routine. Finally took back to Staples for store credit and bought an HP....
