It was an open item when he shipped it to me.The product is the worst ever frame with lowest ever resolution that could be made, and the button are so tight that you need a hardware to move it. I still did not remove the stickers from the frame thinking that some point in time this review would be read by amazon and will take note of poor sellers and probably take a return.My simple suggestion, if you are buying frames, dont consider this frame at all. I do not know if there's a gear head company that can take it back from me....

This review is from: Gear Head 7-inch Digital Photo Frame (Black Wood Style Frame)Started the RMA process with Gearhead and they just denied it since only one pixel is out on the unit. The pixel is blue and it totaly is viewable when looking at photo's. Product is junk and the support service is awful. I will never buy anything from Gearhead again!...
