I tried to call tech support and after holding for 30 minutes, got someone that was sure it would work if I didn't try to insert multiples pictures at one time. He appeared to be in a hurry to get me off the phone but assured me that's all it was and if not, I could call him back. No, it still didn't work and trying to call him back was impossible. After holding for yet another 30 minutes, I received a message that the mailbox was full and then a dial tone. I truly feel mine was just defective but I'm not willing to give them another chance. These little frames are common - so just find another brand and chances are, it'll be easier to work. I did. I returned this one....
