Loaded software, loaded pics, saved loaded pics on my computer. Isn't the best software, but this was a one time upload for me. I bought this for a dying aunt to put beside her bed at the hospital. It is easy to turn on and off and she doesn't have to fiddle with any settings. Just turn it on and watch the slide show. Turn it off when you're done. Family will charge it up every now and again via a usb cable. This isn't something you want to continuously change pictures on - it's way too time consuming; however, for similar purposes it is perfect, portable and fun. Don't put $100+ expectations on a device like this - take it for what it is....
This review is from: Sharper Image 2.4\" Digital Photo AlbumI just purchased this item as a Christmas present. I plugged the device into my computer's usb port to upload pictures. The device's usb driver would not install, (I received an error message that the device had malfunctioned) and now NONE of the USB ports on my computer will work. To make matters worse, it is impossible to get tech support from the manufacturer (the website and phone numbers listed on the package don't help at all). Apparently, the item has been discontinued. Horrible product....
