I've never understood why many photo frames are wide screen - that just means your photos have black edges or are stretched.-Email address! I love receiving photos from my friends and family.-You can fit it into a standard frame. I put it into a nice frame that matches the others around it.-Screen quality. Many frames have terrible screen quality. This frame has a nice anti-glare frame and the images look great.-Shows the weather.-Shows pictures of my friends and family that make me smile.What I hate:-the software! It is sooooo buggy. When displaying the photos it seems to be fine, but when trying to add photos or use some of the functionality it is awful. It constantly freezes - I had to use the hard-down button on the frame 5 times while uploading my original set of 100 pictures from the USB connection. Each time I would get it going again to continue loading the pics it would ask me if I wanted to copy over or skip loading for each picture that I had already uploaded. Imagine hitting skip 50 times with 15 seconds of waiting in between. I decided to try a different method by removing the pics that had already been uploaded from the jump drive, but this took just as long if not longer because I had to match up which pics were uploaded. And that was after I went through all of my photos and resized them to 800x600 pixels because it wouldn't upload any at the original size. It just froze.-The functionality where you tell it to turn on and off at specific times each day doesn't work.-The weather button on the remote that is supposed to pop up the weather forecast on the bottom of the screen doesn't work. Instead it shows a little red circle with a line through it on the screen indicating that the button cannot be used. You can view the weather by going through the menu to the full screen weather page, but that's tedious.-The on/off button is on the bottom of the screen rather than the side so you have to pick the frame up and find the button in order to turn it on. There is a standby mode button which is supposed to allow you to turn the frame back on with the remote but once in standby the remote won't work.-You cannot connect into it from your computer even though it connects to your network. The only way to upload pics is to use a USB jump drive, a memory card, or email.I gave 3 stars because once you get the photos loaded it provides a very nice show of your pictures. One note is that, because it connects wireless to the internet, software updates can be made if the company desires. It did do one update when I first started up the frame. I'm hoping they make updates that fix the bugs. This would be the perfect frame if the software worked. That sums up my love/hate relationship. Maybe all the effort that I put into the frame to get it to work makes me hold on to the relationship even if I should end it. Or maybe I think, that with good software updates, it will change....

The fact that the frame has an email address and you can send pictures directly to the frame is just so convenient. It allows you to be traveling and sharing pictures with those at home with minimum effort. The user interface is very intuitive and the quality is absolutely great. This is by far the best picture frame we have found....
