This review is from: Smartparts SP15PCP 1.5-Inch Digital Picture Frame Keychain (Purple)Not only does the website for the OSX Desktop tool per the manual not exist, but the e-mail tech support address does not receive e-mails. The tech support number does not work and the sales number produces a recording saying the first 3 or 6 digits are wrong.I've no idea how to get this thing working as a result and my daughter doesn't know why her toy won't work. I pressed one button on the side of the keychain while connected to my Mac and it says downloading but it's been 20 minutes....There is nowhere to go but up....
