Biggest problem is aspect ratio. Be default, pictures are not fitting in the frame and they are appearing too small. By zooming, they appear stretched. This is because of the aspect ratio of the frame. All the pictures will have to be adjusted according to the aspect ratio of the frame which is a pain. I also bought HP DF1010B3 which is slightly more expensive but phenomenal. It is much better in looks and it started playing slideshow the moment SD card was inserted. All the pictures are coming perfectly. I wish I could return this frame but I cannot as I have bought it as a gift and I am leaving the country next week....
