When I opened it up, inside was the frame, the plug, the remote, the instructions and...no usb cable which is what you need to connect it to a computer. So I went looking around my house for one and every single one wouldnt work with it. Luckily it did have a slot for a memory stick, so at the moments thats how Im transfering.This is still a great digital picture frame. It holds up to 35 pictures. I did find it a bit confusing to set everything up and thats with the instructions.
