Came dead. Not sure why cant get a tech to tell me why. Tried to return but amazon requires some information from the seller/manufacturer that neither are willing or able to give out. So now I'm out 50 bucks and not much I can do about it....

They mailed themin a regular letter envelope which was torn to shreds in the mailing, screws lost.Company then said they could not replace them and to contact Pandigital. Pandigitalwould have nothing to do with this problem since it was a refurbished product. Factory Depot implies that if a product is faulty, the manufactor will stand by it.Not true!!!! Also, if the product is returned, return shippng is not covered....
