Easy to use (gave it to my mother-in-law who now knows how to use it herself). A little shotty when it comes to ratio, though... if you have lots of pics in different layouts (horizontal and vertical), this one might struggle to figure out ratios and I don't remember that it did it automatically - i think i had to set it up in the computer first. Other than that, makes a nice affordable gift for someone who really just wants to rotate framed pictures more easily....

The technical problem with this is that it has staticy lines. I went online to try to find a way to troubleshoot the issue, and there are A LOT of people complaining about the same issue.The other problem I had is that by the time I found time to upload all the photos, it was too late to return it....
