My setup process: I copied the family photos onto an SD card, plugged in the card, and voila she is done! The frame sees the card automatically, and immediately begins showing my photos.Highly recommend this product to anyone who has a less than computer savvy relative needing a digital frame....

I went to Best Buy and purchased a 2 Gig chip which I plugged into my computer and then just downloaded all the pictures I wanted onto the chip and installed the chip into the picture frame. Set the number of seconds desired to show the pictures and format (easy to do, just press the side of the frame and a menu pops up. Very easy and clear....

I would give it 5 stars, but it makes a small humming sound that would drive me crazy if I had to listen to it, but I bought it for my daughter & she doesn't seem to mind. I notice it every time I walk into her room though... I have a bigger one in the living room & it has never made this humming noise so I'm not sure why this one does. Overall though I thought it was a good product for the price since I wasn't looking to spend as much on this second one....
