This review is from: Westinghouse DPF-0703 - Digital photo frame - flash 128 MB - 7\" - 480 x 234 - wood grainI own 2 other digital photo frames made by a different company, and you can't compare how the pictures look in them. With my westighouse frame every picture comes out clear and has amazing color. My other 2 frames the pictures are more blurry, and makes the people in the picture look a little funny. I am very satisfied with my digital frame, and would recommend it to anyone....

This review is from: Westinghouse DPF-0703 - Digital photo frame - flash 128 MB - 7\" - 480 x 234 - wood grainI bought 2 of these a month ago from Best Buy. My wife and I planned to give them to both her parents and my parents for Xmas presents with our 2 month old daughters photos on them. That was until just this past Sunday (less than a week before Xmas). I am a professional photographer, so the quality of a photograph is extremely important to me. I spent a week editing the many photos of my daughter to put on the internal memory of this frame, only to get the error message of "Format Not Supported." I followed the frame's guidelines of formating the file to JPEG and it's pixel specifications very closely. I transferred the files via the USB cable, then by a flash drive, but still no luck. I then loaded an SD card straight from a point-and-shoot directly to the frame and voila! it worked-but this is not what I wanted. Was it because the photos were ran through Photoshop? I called Westinghouse and the guy said that the frame wasn't Mac compatible. I don't see how this would even be a problem. My iMac recognized the frame when connected via USB and my file transferred just fine. I fooled around a bit more with it, but no luck. I called WH back and explained my problem and theories, but they could not give me an answer nor a solution. So, my educated guess my trial and error is that it cannot handle altered files through a program such as Photoshop. Needless to say I returned them and am now shopping around for new ones. Only 3 days left, so wish me luck!!!Bottom line is that this is not a high quality digital frame. There are better resolution ones out there. Also, if you just want to pop a card into it from your camera you'll be fine, but if you want to color correct or alter in any way, stay clear of this one. Personally, I will never buy a Westinghouse product again....
