But....it did not come with a cord to plug it into the wall. When i tried to find the serial number someone had cut it and the bar code off of the package. Also when i did finally find a cord and plug it in, it had an entire album of someone's wedding and about 10 songs loaded on to it. I was under the impression that I was buying a new product. Aside from the issues that we have had from the seller, the product itself is nice and works well....
