At first it wouldn't handle the horizontal/vertical conversion for some photos. Now, it will go through 1 or 2 photos and then goes to set up screen. While it has a one year warranty, there is no information about how to contact them. Also, I have tried several online searches to find a customer service for this company and have not been able to find anyway to contact them....

During the past 2 months, the pictures are coming out upside down, sideways, now the thing is flashing through 4 pictures rapidly, then repeating the upside down, etc. pictures at a slower speed. No amount of tinkering with the limited controls helps this thing. I have searched the company to find an answer, but there is no contact number. I would definitely NOT recommend this frame to ANYONE....

I loaded it w/ pictures and it worked well for a few months. Now it doesn't do anything - doesn't display any pictures nor can I get to the menu. When I connect it to my PC, the PC hangs and I have to disconnect the frame. No support seems to be available. Buy another brand and stay away from this one....
