This review is from: Curtis DPB701 7-Inch Digital Photo FrameI got this as a gift for my parents. I tried loading pictures of their new granddaughter on it for over 2 hours. I am pretty tech savvy. This should have been easy. This thing is crazy! The instructions are poorly-translated jibberish. No one should sell this product. The buttons and ports for the USB/memory cards are all cheap and asymmetrical, which wouldn't matter except I was even afraid to insert my memory card in the odd-shaped hole! It looks cheap. Don't waste your money or time trying to figure this junk out!I have to say that when I called One Call about returning it, they were very friendly and helpful. I told them about how crappy this thing is and they sent me a free FedX shipping label within the hour. Time will tell how long it takes to get my money back, but for now, I would not hesitate to buy a better product from One Call....

I have gone through 2 in just over a year that have both burned out and the customer service department in the worst too. They took over a month to respond after 5 emails and calls and then said I would have to ship the product to the warehouse at my expense and maybe they would do something afterwards but that they doubted it. What kind of service and product is that!??? There are so many other brands out there, I would buy another kind and not Curtis.. in my personal opinion....
