NO GO - I then got a SD card, loaded the pix and put it into the frame and it started to work just fine. It will do a slide show from the SD card and it will play music from a jump drive, but not both at the same time. I will keep playing around and maybe I will get it to do that also. If I do I will leave a new report. It sits beside me and just keeps on with the slide show. Mine was also puchased at an ACE Hardware after Thanksgiving....

Screen went black and now does not work at all. Without the receipt she is unable to send it back for repair under warranty and it's not worth paying more for repair than the picture frame cost!...
