Either you would have to buy another sd card or memory stick and insert it with pictures. If you wall mount, there is no way you could operate it without the remote. It says it comes with 512 mb internal memory, but there is no way the user could make use of that.Besides all these, my 3 stars are for HD quality 10" digital frame for a mere $120 or so. Photo quality looks ok. Just buying an SD card and probably an SD card reader would do the trick. If you have no clue about SD cards or if you wish to gift this to someone old or tech laymens, please go with something else....
