I bought two of these for parents and in-laws as a Christmas gift and opened them up to load some wedding and grandbabby pictures.I was having hard time getting the frame to turn on and stay on and thought they were defective.Here's the trick. To turn on the frame you must click (or double click) the power button very quickly - like a mouse click. If you linger on that button at all it will either never turn on, or turn on and then off again.Quickly clicking is the key.......
