Many reviews online said that they were only able to put pictures on via a memory card. Defeats my whole purpose. I've tried with other USB cords as well and none of them are recognized by my computer. That seemed to be a running theme with different reviewers.I'm sorry that my aunt and uncle wasted so much money to get us one of these for Christmas....
