When we got the first one, the menu kept rolling so we had to send it back and get another one. They were out of that particular model so we got a slightly different one. When that one arrived, one of the control buttons didn't work on it so we sent it back and got a refund. Not too happy with the hassle and time spent just to end up having to get one somewhere else....
