It took almost no time at all to load pictures onto the frames; the interface was automatic and seamless with a USB stick, and the look of the pictures on the frame is excellent. We have just ordered more of them to give as additional gifts. The price is very reasonable, and we're totally satisfied....

Went to online support; they told me to return it. I asked if this has been a problem for this model, got a non-answer. Wouldn't waste my time again....
